Sampdoria 1993-94 player shirt by Asics believed to have been issued to or worn by Mannini in the 1993-94 season.
The legendary right-back had been at the side since joining from Como in 1984 and made 35 appearances in all competitions this season as Samp finished 3rd in Serie A.
He also helped power the side to the Coppa Italia final this campaign where they demolished Acona 6-1 to claim Samp's and Mannini's 4th Cup title. He stayed in Genoa with the side until 1999 when after making over 500 appearances for the club he joined English outfit Nottingham Forest. The 10 time Italian international left Samp a hero and an architect of arguably the sides' most successful period in their history, he travelled to England with a whole host of trophies to his name including the 1990-91 Serie A title.
