Adidas 1983 Iceland U-21 Match Worn Home Shirt

Iceland 1983 player shirt by Adidas believed to have been worn in the 1984 UEFA European Under-21 Championship Qualification Group 7 match against Holland played on the 6th September '83.

This was Iceland's final match in the group and while they did not hold a hope of qualifying for the Finals they had held both the Dutch and Spain to draws at home.

Here they held Holland again, this time 1-1 which meant that Spain went through as group winners. The senior side wore a different design shirt in their Euro 84 qualification campaign to the one used by the U-21 team.
